These are the categories of vendor that process data on our behalf to run CLPX. Each is engaged under written terms, acts only on our instructions, and is bound to confidentiality and security obligations.

The named list
We publish categories rather than vendor names. If you are a customer, an auditor, or a supervisory authority and you need the named list — for a data protection impact assessment, a security review, or a procurement check — email virat@clpx.video and we will send it, together with the transfer safeguards each vendor operates under. We will also add you to a notification list for changes.
Where your data goes
Our providers operate internationally, so data is stored and processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires a transfer safeguard, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
Social platforms
When you connect an account and publish a clip, the clip and its caption go to that platform. Those platforms are independent controllers of what you post and of the figures they report back, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Changes
We update this page when the categories change, and we notify subscribers to the change list before a new vendor starts handling customer data.
