This is a plain-English summary of how CLPX handles your data. It is a draft and will be replaced by a reviewed policy.

What we store

• Recordings you upload or link, and the clips made from them.
• Transcripts, edit plans and the settings you choose for your brands.
• Your connections to the platforms you publish to, held through our publishing partner.

Where it lives

Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2. Account data, transcripts and clip records are stored in our Convex database. Sign-in is handled by Clerk.

Who processes it

Speech is transcribed with Cloudflare Workers AI. Clip selection and copy are produced with AI models through OpenRouter. Publishing goes through Zernio. These services process your content to provide the product.

Deleting your data

From inside the app you can delete a recording, delete a clip, clean up rendered previews, or delete everything in your account.
